Olivia Trembath is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) specialist, Executive Coach, and facilitator working across Grace Papers, Veraison, and Menopause Friendly Australia, where she coaches organisations to build inclusive, respectful, and future-focused workplaces. Olivia has previously held senior roles in a variety of organisations including as Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers (WesCEF), and global organisations such as Deloitte, Fortescue, Orora Packaging and Asahi Beverages. With a deep commitment to systemic change, Olivia has both a strategic and empathetic approach to embedding intersectional and sustainable DEI practices across industries.
