As the Head of People, Communication and Strategic Projects at Argonaut, a leading investment house specialising in natural resources, Bec brings her diverse leadership expertise to drive growth, foster a positive culture, and enhance organisational performance.


Bec's career spans both client-facing and executive management roles, having held senior positions as a Partner at PwC and member of the Financial Advisory leadership team which had oversight of c.2,500 people. Her unique ability to solve complex issues with practical, common-sense solutions has made her a trusted advisor to C-suite executives across industries, from mining and technology to retail. She has a proven track record of implementing strategic people initiatives, improving organisational culture, and empowering teams to achieve outstanding results.


At Argonaut, Bec is responsible for overseeing the firm’s strategic people initiatives, organisational design, and business development, ensuring the company remains agile, innovative, and aligned with its growth objectives. Her leadership has been instrumental in creating a workplace culture built on mutual respect, accountability, and empowerment.
