Phoebe was Minviro’s first official employee in 2020 and has played a pivotal role in scaling the company from a three-person team to over 50 staff while spearheading Minviro's international expansion. She currently leads commercial and business operations across the APAC region, with a focus on driving sustainability and innovation within the mining sector and its downstream value chains. Phoebe’s leadership spans strategic planning, business development, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring Minviro remains at the forefront of responsible sourcing and industry best practices. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. As a mentor to emerging professionals and an advocate for gender equity in mining, Phoebe actively contributes to organisations such as WISER (Women in Sustainable Energy and Resources), Women in Mining, and AMEC. Recognised as a Top 25 ESG Consultant of 2022, Phoebe brings a collaborative leadership style and strategic mindset to empower teams navigating the evolving landscape of sustainable mining.
