Monique joined Bechtel in 2022, bringing more than 25 years of experience across the engineering, construction, and maintenance sectors. In her current role at Bechtel Mining & Metals, Monique is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy in the mining and metals sector across the world. She works closely with global and regional leadership, major clients, and multidisciplinary teams to progress new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.


Monique is based in Perth with her family and is known for her collaborative and accountable leadership style, her commercial and strategic acumen, and her deep understanding of the mining and resources sector. She holds a qualification in natural sciences.
