Laura Jeffery is the Founder and Managing Director of TUNDRA Resource Analytics, a boutique mining industry consulting firm made up of deeply experienced industry experts supporting clients with business transformation, M&A support, process & strategy optimisation, financial modelling and decision-making analytics. A qualified accountant and diversely experienced mining professional, Laura began her career at BHP’s Ekati diamond mine in Canada and has since led high-impact roles across Finance, Capital Projects, HR, and Asset Management in both corporate and operational settings. Through TUNDRA, she now partners with major resources & energy clients across Australia and the world to uncover and protect value in a high impact, entrepreneurial way.
Known for her ‘hands dirty’ approach and sharp commercial lens, Laura brings deep industry expertise and a genuine warmth to every engagement. She’s also a Non-Executive Director and Finance, Risk & Audit Chair in the not-for-profit sector, and balances her leadership role with being a mother and a wife to a fifth-generation farmer in regional Victoria. Whether applying financial science to optimise maintenance strategies or enabling flexible careers for her national consulting team, Laura is reshaping what leadership in mining looks like.
