Josie is a respected leader in the Australian energy industry and currently serves and the Head of Drilling and Completions for Australia at Woodside Energy. With almost 30 years of experience in industry, she leads complex well engineering and offshore operations and is recognized as the most senior woman in offshore drilling nationally. In 2024, Josie received career recognition as the recipient of the Mineral Council Australia Exceptional Woman in Australian Resources award. A passionate advocate for ethical leadership, Josie is committed to fostering integrity, accountability and inclusion in the workplace and beyond.
