Becky Felstead is a passionate mental health advocate, wellness facilitator, and the founder and host of The Resource Podcast. With a background in photo journalism, workplace wellbeing, and 7 years experience in the mining and resource sector, Becky brings raw authenticity and deep insight to conversations around mental health and leadership.


Over the past year, she has delivered more than 300 presentations across mining sites and corporate settings, engaging over 20,000 workers in practical conversations about psychosocial risks, resilience, and culture change.


Becky is known for her ability to turn complex or uncomfortable topics, like burnout, trauma, and mental health, into safe, solution-focused discussions that empower individuals and teams.

Through her podcast and speaking work, she helps drive systemic change, reduce stigma, and inspire real action.
