Two Day Summit: 1-2 September

Post Summit Workshop: 3 September

We’re proud to support the Women in Mining & Resources Summit and continue as the official charity partner.

It’s a privilege to stand alongside leaders committed to shaping a stronger, more inclusive future for the sector.

IWIMRA (Indigenous Women in Mining and Resources Australia) exists to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women through stronger pathways, greater representation, and leadership opportunities grounded in cultural safety and respect.

This year presents a defining opportunity for the industry to lead with accountability, embed cultural integrity, and create environments where people are not only safe, but able to thrive. It is a moment to move beyond intent and into meaningful, measurable progress.

The Indigenous Women in Mining and Resources Day reflects this ambition. It is about more than representation, it is about enabling leadership, strengthening economic participation, and ensuring Indigenous women are influential in shaping the future of mining.

As the industry continues to evolve, so too must our commitment to inclusion, opportunity, and shared prosperity.

We look forward to learning, connecting, and building that future together.

With respect,

Karina Lynch & Christina Coleman
